February rewind!

I really thought this would be one of my favorite months of senior year. However it wasn't. I learned a lot. And am now starting to think about my future, instead of just where I am right now. March is a new month, and for me a new positive attitude!

Headed home today. I had fun seeing what my dad does for work up in person. He designs kitchens and does cabinetry.

Went with my padre to Abilene, TX.
It sorta took forever. and I was so thankful to get some sleep. And laugh with my dad at silly things.

Really hates when people get annoyed with my obsession over my dog. She's the one who makes my day when I get home, because the excitement to see me never decreases. SO sorry if i talk about her more than necessary. but look at her, how could you not just talk about her...

The kiddos in the picture above, is Josh and me, when we were probably 4. I did not know it then, but he would be such a great influence on my life. He taught me patience, understanding, and just love. Josh has a way to make everyone, yes everyone feel special. I look up to him so much, he never judges, wants stupid materialistic things, or is unforgiving. MAN I LOVE him!

& guess what I just did his senior pictures, talk about the easiest person to photograph. I just tell him not to smile, and he bust out laughing! Pictures will be posted very soon!

In my family we are all about projects.

So when my dad found an awesome price on a piece of property, he decided it was time for one of those projects. However, this project, is like extreme work. On the property we have a barn filled to the brim with every random thing you could think of, and a house with a dirt floor, and mold up to the ceiling, as you can see the plan is to tare it down! SO here we go, I will be giving updates on the new house we will be building there, I'm excited to be able to help out design wise, from black granite countertops to a sparkly, silver, mosaic tile for my own bathroom!

Lets just say after a day of working, well of Padre working his butt off, we are most likely hiring someone for the rest of the tare down.

My Padre surprised me BIG today, first he got my my 10th love, sprinkles cupcakes!

and second he got me tickets to go to some big city..

Okay, I snapped these shots of my cousins friend, see my cousin little cutie pie Blackers, does not allow me to take pictures of him and I have to spend at least and hour running around chasing him. But then I realized his little amigo was standing next to me the whole time, seriously dying for me to take some shots of him.

Today, I'm sore, and tired.

But I have to say, all this working out is making me feel really accomplished.

Once we have our first tennis tournament, i will take pictures and everyone can see what all this soreness is for, its because I honestly love the game. Tennis is so fun, and the best part is I get to play with my best friend M! All I have to say is thanks coach!

Even if we don't win, I just have a total blast going out there and playing, even if losing really I mean really sucks.

Cant wait for the tournament next week!

I have not been a very good photographer lately!

I go to school 7am and have tennis practice till 5:30pm

I get home, and stress because I do not have enough time in the world to do all my homework..

so I wake up at 4am and start on my Economics, or Jane Austen project.

Now that this is my schedule, its hard for me to find time other than on saturdays, to take pictures.

However today, I visited my G-MA, and my whole family was over so I snapped some shots of Josh, who has down syndrome, he might have his struggles, but he is one awesome kidd!

My padre got these lovely cupcakes from his friend L! I could not help but take pictures of them, they are so perfect!
I had a chocolate with peanut butter one, ummm yummy!

So today I am recovering from my late night, I also am in charge of watching a bunch of kiddos tonight while my padre and his friends go to the movies. I can only imagine them running around screaming now, yep sounds exciting!

YOU GUYS PROM!

So today was filled with lots of madness, and awesomeness. I had a lot of fun at prom! My girl K & me did a whole lot of fast dancing which made it that much more fun! However not everything was how I pictured it when I was growing up as a little girl. I thought I would go to prom with a guy I'm pretty in love with, however I went with JUST a friend & if you ever go to a dance with a friend don't expect him to ask you to dance, or for him to shave, or even talk to you. goodness goodnes goodness. Even though it wasn't my dream prom, my girls made it so fun (love y'all), and H got prom queen, so I was totally happy for her! Overall it was a blast, and I loved seeing everyone dress up!

keeping it short today.
Again can I say I'm tired of winter weather, it happened again..it snow.
But I'm glad I got to catch up on sleep, because SNOW in tejas means no escuela for me. and thats a big heck yes!
so me and the padre hit up whataburger and watched ABC comedy shoes, which like never happens.. and i secretly might be hooked on modern family!

Today is Dads birthday, and my sorta kinda not really aunt Brenda's birthday too. So we have this tradition where we always all go out to eat together! I really love this tradition because its great to catch up with them because they are like family. Brenda is such a hoot! She always keeps us laughing. Happy birthday Padre and Brenda you guys rock & I just love love love you!

Not my best day. Sometimes I wish I wasn't so controlling. I just need that night to go perfect and I need to be thinking of what everyone else wants to do, instead of my 'perfect night.' So today I am for real going to try to do my best at changing what I had planned to incorporate my bests. For real, what a learning experience! You never get what you want when you annoy people about it.

Suppppa Bowl!

I was going to take pictures of the party, except I wasn't feeling my best. The food was great, the game was okay, and the half time show was ummm lame, & I loved Lea Michele's singing! My fam went to a little party, and there was a lot of spanish speaking going on, and I tried my best to keep up, however my simple spanish 3 didn't get me far. I do think I heard them talking about ummm, ya I didn't get anything out of their conversations, danget, sorry Senora Boles.

what went down:

Because it was necessary I took my padre to the mall today, I needed prom shoes. He does not enjoy any malls, or stores.. unless its a motorcycle home depot. Anyways, I found some pretty rad nude pumps, except they were 6 inches. and since im already 5'7'' I for sure do not want to be taller than my date. So I found some cute little GUESS ones, I hope they work! I also talked to J, and we are thinking im going up there for spring break. I really hope, because that would be the best.

After a week of boredom my padre took me to see a movie, yep, and if I go to the movies with my dad, its always an action flick, so I bring myself a snuggie, and take a nice nap. Its a pretty legit nap, too.

reason for NO ESCUELA. 2 lovely inches of ice, sorta kinda slippery

oh and its like 2 degrees well actually 15..

I havent had school in two days! Don't get me wrong I'm very chill with it, but I seriously need to get out of this house. Get some much needed sun, get away from my stinky breath dog, get like a pedicure or something. That sounds awesome. For now I will enjoy this free time, inside, rather than out.
