Nicole + I wore matching jeans and blazers.

Well technically they were both my blazers, but she looked so cute, rocking it oversized style! (skinny mini)

For some strange reason, the grass here turned orange.

I went to the grocery store and ran into my BEST friends mom, made my day.

Ate G-Ma's warm chili. along with fritos + cheese. (sounded good while eating..now barfff)

Listened to thunder and watched lightning. 

Had a very strange, yet brilliantly wonderful conversation, with the beautiful, Shel.

Became even more obsessed with Zooey Deschanel. Didn't think that was possible.

& to top thisssss I have The Bachelor + New Girl waiting for me on the DVR.

Watching the show New Girl + realizing I'm sorta just like her.

too bad I don't have zooey's vocal chords.

Singing to songs with my cute cousin. 

And converting her to Indie + Singer/Songwriter music!

I used to have strong beliefs that Sparkle, Glitter, and bright colors, 

were meant for little girls around the ages of 4 to 12.

Especially ones who desired to become the next pop star.

However now my mind has been changed and all i want is sparkle.

Especially sparkle on my feet.

oh and nails.

If you are attending a Christmas or New Years party one your outfit should have sparkle!

Its going to be your only opportunity to show you aspirations of being a pop star, so get it girl.

sunday nights

I fell in love with the calm atmosphere of this weekend.

I spent way too much time in front of a television. Hello real house wives.

Cuddled up in my gray fuzzy blanket with Gavin.

Eating too many chocolate peanut butter cups.

However we made our way out for a photoshoot with my closest friend.

I call her S! or Ravsten. she enjoys both.

We went out to lake lewisville.

However we did not realize how long that drive would be and arrived past sunset.

I was sorta angry.

I sorta have issues when the sun goes down cause its hard to get good photos.

But I made it happen! 

My madre also stopped by and brought sandwiches and chips.

We all picnicked on the dock.

And jammed out to the song Yellow. while we discussed our future weddings.

oh it was a beautiful night.

Sunday morning hit me like a ton of rocks!

However I got up and raced my butt to church.

It was lovely and is always worth getting up early.

Note...The outfit above was worn to church. I really never noticed how short it was till now.

So I will be honest and say, instead of watching the real Emmys I watch the Preshow, just to see all the fashion.
